Whenever I find a deal on lobster, I get as much as I can, so that frivolous dishes like this are possible. So simple and easy, but tastes as good as it gets.

  • Chilled fresh Maine lobster meat…generous sized hunks
  • 1 part Dijon mustard to two parts olive oil mayonnaise
  • dill (fresh or dried)
  • salt/pepper
  • one dash hot sauce
  • lemon for squeezing

Mix Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and dill, and just one quick dash of hot sauce. Season to taste. Adjust ratios as desired.

Squeeze some lemon juice over the chilled lobster meat. Place sauce in a ramekin and arrange the lobster meat attractively around the plate with some nice garnish and garlic melbas.

You can also mix the meat right into the outargued This is good for stuffing into avocado halves, or for making a lobster roll.
